Terri Dewar
REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELLOR (RPC)
Terri, a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counsellors Association), brings over five years of dedicated experience in counselling for drug and alcohol recovery. Her expertise also extends to ketamine therapy and supporting clients through innovative depression treatments. Based in Vancouver and Bowen Island, BC, Terri has worked as both a middle school counsellor and an educator, helping clients overcome a variety of mental health challenges.
In her approach, Terri integrates ketamine-assisted therapy and holistic counselling to address the well-being of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Using evidence-based modalities, she helps clients break through both conscious and subconscious barriers. Terri is trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) through ATMA Training and is pursuing certification as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) facilitator—an approach closely linked with psychedelic integration therapy and depression treatment.

Shannon Tully
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Shannon, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in Speech-Language Pathology, brings valuable experience as a concurrent disorders counsellor in the substance use field. She uses a wide range of counselling techniques, drawing on inner child work, attachment-based approaches, and spiritually-informed practices, to offer personalized treatment for her clients. Shannon’s holistic approach to counselling supports individuals seeking emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing.
Shannon has been actively involved in the MAPS Phase 3 Clinical trial using MDMA-Assisted Therapy for PTSD and frequently integrates psychedelic practices into her work. She co-facilitates a monthly psychedelic integration group, where she explores the therapeutic potential of altered states in treating conditions such as depression and anxiety. Shannon’s work with non-ordinary states of consciousness reflects her strong belief in the effectiveness of ketamine therapy and other psychedelic treatments for clients struggling with treatment-resistant depression and PTSD.
Ryan Schebek
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Ryan, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a Certified Adlerian Counsellor, holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University. Before opening his private practice, Ryan gained extensive experience in various mental health treatment settings, including addiction treatment centers and community-based clinics offering rTMS treatment. In addition to his clinical work, Ryan also teaches counselling at the post-graduate level and facilitates workshops through his private practice.
Ryan’s approach combines a range of counselling modalities, with a strong focus on tailoring treatment to the individual’s unique needs. He draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Adlerian Therapy, always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship to foster acceptance and self-awareness. His work with clients frequently involves addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, and treatment-resistant conditions.
With his background in both counselling and rTMS treatment, Ryan is excited about the future of ketamine therapy and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy in Canada. He is passionate about using these innovative approaches to support clients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
Dr. Sheehan Chowdury
Medical Director & Chief Psychiatrist
Dr. Chowdhury is a board-certified psychiatrist and serves as the Chief Psychiatrist at Field Trip Health. After earning his medical degree from the University of Calgary, Dr. Chowdhury completed his psychiatry residency at the University of British Columbia, followed by a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of Alberta. His expertise in neurostimulation led him to develop rTMS programs across Canada, in addition to helping run the Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) program at a tertiary hospital in the Vancouver metropolitan area.
Dr. Chowdhury’s deep interest in innovative mental health treatments has positioned him at the forefront of bringing psychedelic-assisted therapy to patients. With his leadership in rTMS and ketamine therapy, he is committed to advancing treatments for patients struggling with depression, anxiety, and treatment-resistant conditions.
Christine Wong
Nurse Clinic Manager
Christine is a dedicated registered nurse with eight years of experience serving underprivileged populations in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Her commitment to mental health and addiction services is reflected in her diverse qualifications, which include specialized training in ketamine therapy and psilocybin therapy. Alongside her nursing credentials, Christine is also a registered holistic nutritionist, combining her expertise to offer a holistic approach to client care. Her passion for innovative treatment methods is driven by her dedication to supporting clients on their journey toward wellness.
Christine’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that the mind and psyche play a fundamental role in overall health. She integrates her expertise in ketamine-assisted therapy with her understanding of the mind-body connection, focusing on treating the root causes of health issues rather than just the symptoms. Nav is a seasoned registered nurse with a decade of experience across hospitals, community care, and private practice. Mark Pabustan
Nurse Practitioner
Mark Pabustan, NP(F), earned his Master’s Degree in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner in 2021 from the University of Saskatchewan. With a wealth of experience in both emergency medicine and psychiatric care, Mark is deeply committed to providing comprehensive mental health support. He is heavily involved in performing mental health assessments, regularly evaluating clients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. These exams allow him to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
Mark’s focus in psychiatry is centered on the innovative use of ketamine therapy as an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. He has extensive experience in utilizing ketamine for treatment-resistant cases, providing a lifeline for clients who have not found success with conventional treatments.
