Dr. Shelagh Robinson
Psychologist
Dr. Shelagh Robinson is a Senior Psychologist at Field Trip Health Montreal, and licensed by the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. She graduated from McGill University in 2001, and joined Field Trip in 2024.
Across her educational and professional training in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec, Shelagh has developed an approach that makes use of an array of therapeutic tools, including Humanistic, Existential, Psychodynamic, Experiential, Cognitive-Behavioral and Mindfulness methods.
Her practice may be described as Integrative – a custom frame structured by the specific needs of the client, melding concepts and techniques to promote positive change. In particular, Shelagh incorporates Mindfulness and Process-centered attention in her sessions, specifically focusing on breath, language and eyes. She emphasizes
building on existing strengths and aptitudes, and scaffolding the inner healer.
Shelagh has long been drawn to entheogenic studies to promote healing, and in recent years has pursued training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Her education focuses on molecular foundations, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and the clinical use of these new therapies enhance client well-being. Shelagh offers specialized appointments to individuals choosing these methods, including Education, Preparation and Integration sessions.
Janice Hamel
Registered Social Worker
Janice Hamel is a bilingual Registered Social Worker born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She completed her master’s in social work from the University of British Columbia and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field. Her practice includes certifications in areas such as Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Trauma-Informed Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, Breathwork and Meditation Practices, Harm Reduction Approach, Motivational Interviewing, and Polyvagal Therapy.
Janice began her career in 1997, offering therapeutic interventions and holistic support in gerontology, acute, palliative, and hospice care, mental health and substance use, gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking. She has held clinical supervisory and managerial roles within various sectors, including private, public, and non-profit health and social services, where she has developed and implemented programs and services across Canada.
Janice is dedicated to her own continuous learning and professional development, integrating evidence-based practices into her therapeutic approach. Her extensive experience and commitment to holistic wellness inform her work in ketamine therapy in Montreal. She offers a safe and supportive space for clients, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with a compassionate, client-centered approach to support individuals on their healing journey.
Natasha Molinaro

With over a decade of experience in mental health, Natasha’s therapeutic approach focuses on supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, depression, and life’s myriad challenges. Natasha has also worked with individuals facing chronic and terminal illnesses, which has deepened her empathy and commitment to mental health advocacy. Through her global seminars and personalized counselling, she strives to help individuals overcome obstacles and become the best versions of themselves.
Candice Rossi
Nurse Clinic Manager
Candice Rossi, a seasoned Registered Nurse and Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, brings over 10 years of experience to Field Trip Health’s Montreal Clinic. Specializing in both acute and chronic community and inpatient psychiatric healthcare, Candice excels in working with vulnerable populations and those with comorbid substance use disorders. Her dedication to patient-centred care and extensive expertise make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Throughout her career, Candice has served in various capacities, including supporting mental health for military veterans and active members as a civilian with the Canadian Armed Forces. She has also worked with inmates in a medium-security federal prison. With training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, Candice provides innovative and effective care tailored to each client’s needs.
Committed to destigmatizing mental health diagnoses and treatments, Candice emphasizes patient education and strives to maximize treatment efficacy while minimizing side effects. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys outdoor activities like boating, fishing, hiking, and camping, as well as knitting, crocheting, and savouring good music, wine, and food. Candice’s warmth and extensive expertise ensure clients at Field Trip Health Montreal Clinic receive exceptional care.

Valérie Guimond is a nurse practitioner specializing in mental health, recognized for her passionate commitment to the psychological well-being of her patients. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, Valérie has developed remarkable expertise in the clinical assessment and management of various psychiatric disorders.
She graduated from the University of Montreal and the University of Quebec in Outaouais. Valérie stands out for her ability to establish empathetic relationships with her patients, thus fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to recovery.
