During this 30-minute session with a Field Trip Health registered staff member, we review your health history and discuss your goals. This helps us ensure you’re a good candidate for Emsella treatment and allows you to ask any questions about the procedure.
The initial treatment is a non-invasive, 28-minute session. You’ll sit fully clothed on the Emsella chair while it uses focused High Intensity ElectroMagnetic Energy (HIFEM) to stimulate your pelvic floor muscles. There’s no downtime, and many clients report noticeable improvements after their first session.
A full course consists of six sessions over three weeks, with two sessions per week. Regular treatments optimize results and improve bladder control and pelvic strength.
