Terri Dewar
Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling (MPCC)
Terri, a MPCC (Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling) with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counsellors Association), is trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT), and has completed her Level 1 training with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute—an evidence-based modality closely linked with psychedelic integration therapy.
As our full-time therapist at Field Trip Health, Terri has guided over 1000 psychedelic therapy journeys with over 2,200 hours of clinical psychedelic therapy experience. In therapy sessions, she draws from her background in the drug and alcohol recovery sector, as well as her experience working with youth as a middle school counsellor and educator.
Terri’s wellness counselling approach revolves around addressing the complete well-being of individuals—mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Grounded in mindfulness, she combines evidence-based modalities to navigate and transform both conscious and subconscious blocks.
Terri’s belief in the profound healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness is rooted in her professional and personal experiences with psychedelics and breathwork. This conviction allows her to create a safe and supportive environment, guiding clients towards meaning and growth on their therapeutic journey.
Shannon Tully
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Shannon, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in Speech-Language Pathology, brings valuable experience as a concurrent disorders counsellor in the substance use field. She uses a wide range of counselling techniques, drawing on inner child work, attachment-based approaches, and spiritually-informed practices, to offer personalized treatment for her clients. Shannon’s holistic approach to counselling supports individuals seeking emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing.
Shannon has been actively involved in the MAPS Phase 3 Clinical trial using MDMA-Assisted Therapy for PTSD and frequently integrates psychedelic practices into her work. She co-facilitates a monthly psychedelic integration group, where she explores the therapeutic potential of altered states in treating conditions such as depression and anxiety. Shannon’s work with non-ordinary states of consciousness reflects her strong belief in the effectiveness of psychedelic therapy treatments for clients struggling with treatment-resistant depression and PTSD.
Jody Giada
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Jody is a graduate of the University of Calgary, where she earned her Master’s degree in Social Work. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, schools, community clinics, and crisis teams. Her professional focus has been in the areas of mental health and trauma, supporting individuals living with both acute and chronic challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Jody has had the privilege of working with clients across diverse ages, cultures, identities, and spiritual beliefs—experiences that have continually deepened her understanding of the human experience.
Jody identifies as an integrative therapist, combining techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. Her work is influenced by attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. She incorporates both traditional talk therapy and body-centred, experiential modalities that support deep and lasting healing. Jody has advanced training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, clinical hypnosis, and trauma-informed yoga. She views healing through a holistic lens that recognizes the emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing, and believes that every individual carries an innate capacity for healing.
Jody is also a passionate advocate for psychedelic-assisted therapy and is trained in Psilocybin Assisted therapy and Ketamine Assisted therapy. She views these modalities as powerful tools that, when approached with intention and proper therapeutic support, can help individuals access insight, healing, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves and the world around them.
Outside of her professional work, Jody enjoys spending time in nature and staying active. She can often be found hiking in the mountains, in a yoga studio, or packing for her next travel adventure.
Ryan Schebek
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Ryan’s clinical focus includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic shame, mood disorders, stress, and addiction. He works with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking to reestablish a relationship with themselves grounded in compassion, self-understanding, and greater self-awareness. Ryan helps clients develop meaningful insight and, importantly, supports them in translating that insight into meaningful action.
Outside of the psychedelic space, Ryan has worked across a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health clinics, addiction recovery centres, and rTMS clinics. He has also established and worked in group private practice. In addition to his clinical work, Ryan is an adjunct faculty member at Adler University, where he teaches counselling theory and skills to the next generation of counsellors.
Ryan’s approach draws on evidence-based practices for symptom reduction, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. For clients who wish to explore their therapeutic journey more deeply, he also offers Adlerian therapy, an approach that emphasizes meaning, belonging, relationships, and the development of a more integrated sense of self.
Ryan’s therapeutic style is client-centred and non-directive. He believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is foundational to meaningful and lasting therapeutic change. By creating a space that is collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental, Ryan supports clients in exploring their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Following advanced postgraduate training, Ryan became a Certified Adlerian Therapist through the Adler Center of BC.
Outside of therapy, Ryan enjoys walking his dog, reading, practising yoga, and playing video games.
Jeremiah Humphrey
Nurse Clinic Manager
Jeremiah Humphrey is a Registered Nurse dedicated to transformative, person-centred care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Langara College, a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. He is currently completing certification as a Holistic Nurse Coach through the Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development and Education. He has worked across a range of health care environments, including community support, hospice, rehabilitation, and addiction recovery in various roles over the past 15 years.
Jeremiah’s therapeutic approach is rooted in presence, trust, and deep listening. He brings a grounded, calming energy to his practice, cultivating a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. Guided by holistic nursing principles, his approach blends evidence-informed care with authentic human connection.
Outside of his professional work, Jeremiah is committed to personal growth and living a full, grounded life. He holds a deep respect for the role psychedelic-assisted therapy can play in helping people reconnect with themselves and create space for lasting change. And he’s passionate about contributing to care that is safe, intentional, and ethically grounded. When he’s not working, Jeremiah enjoys cold-water immersion, long walks in nature, strength training, and setting goals, like completing the Vancouver triathlon.
Gurvir Grewal
Nurse Practitioner
Gurvir Grewal, NP(F) is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency and primary care, currently working at Field Trip Health in Vancouver. She holds a Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of British Columbia. Gurvir brings over eight years of frontline healthcare experience, including five years as an emergency Registered Nurse and more than three years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical foundation and deep understanding of acute and chronic health conditions allow her to support clients holistically through their healing journeys.
Gurvir’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and client empowerment. She values curiosity, collaboration, and compassion, taking time to co-create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and validated. Drawing from evidence-based practice, she integrates psychedelic-assisted therapy with conventional mental health frameworks, tailoring care to each client’s unique needs. Her work is grounded in respect for neurodiversity and a commitment to reducing stigma around mental health and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Gurvir is deeply passionate about the potential of psychedelic medicine to promote deep healing and transformation. Outside of work, she enjoys creative sketching, exploring the BC wilderness, and baking. She is continuously learning and evolving—both personally and professionally—and is honored to walk alongside clients as they rediscover their inner wisdom.
Mark Pabustan
Nurse Practitioner
Mark Pabustan, NP(F), earned his Master’s Degree in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner in 2021 from the University of Saskatchewan. With a wealth of experience in both emergency medicine and psychiatric care, Mark is deeply committed to providing comprehensive mental health support. He is heavily involved in performing mental health assessments, regularly evaluating clients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. These exams allow him to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
Mark’s focus in psychiatry is centered on the innovative use of psychedelic therapy as an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. He has extensive experience in utilizing psychedelic therapy for treatment-resistant cases, providing a lifeline for clients who have not found success with conventional treatments. His work in this field underscores his dedication to offering cutting-edge mental health treatments that combine medical expertise with compassionate care.
In addition to his psychiatric work, Mark continues to serve in the emergency department, where his passion for primary care, men’s health, and overall mental health counselling drives his commitment to patient care. His holistic approach ensures that clients receive the support they need for both their physical and mental well-being, with a particular emphasis on those facing severe mental health challenges.
Brody McGee
Nurse Practitioner
Brody McGee is a Nurse Practitioner based in Fort St. John, British Columbia, with a background in primary care, mental health, and community health. He completed his training at the University of Northern British Columbia and has worked for years in remote Indigenous communities across the North, where he focused on providing accessible, culturally safe, and patient-centered care. These experiences continue to shape his perspective and commitment to equity in health care.
Brody’s approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and empowerment. He believes in meeting clients where they are and supporting them in building resilience, growth, and connection. His practice integrates evidence-based medicine with a holistic perspective, and he is especially passionate about exploring innovative approaches such as psychedelic-assisted therapy to support healing and lasting well-being.
Beyond his clinical work, Brody is an avid songwriter who finds meaning in the power of music to foster connection and community. He is also a proud father of three young children, a role that continually shapes his outlook as a practitioner. Parenthood has strengthened his commitment to empathy, patience, and authenticity-values he carries into every aspect of his professional and personal life.
