Ashley Irwin
Registered Social Worker, MA
Ashley is a Registered Social Worker with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to enhancing the social, emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing of her clients through a strengths-based approach. She has a robust clinical background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and holds Trauma Level One and Two certifications from the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre.
Ashley is the Lead Therapist for Field Trip Health Canada, where she plays a central role in delivering innovative and evidence-based mental health care, including psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
Her extensive work across both public and private sectors has equipped her to support individuals across the lifespan—including children, adolescents, and adults—through a wide range of challenges. Ashley’s clinical specialties include crisis intervention, trauma, grief and loss, internalizing disorders, and the integration of art, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques into therapy.
Most recently, she completed certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through Numinus, a program accredited in Canada, further expanding her integrative and holistic therapeutic toolkit.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Algoma University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Beyond her clinical practice, she is passionate about nature and sustainable living. As an avid equestrian and farm operator, Ashley grows organic produce, produces goat’s milk soap, maple syrup and eggs, and actively engages in northern cooperatives and mental health farming initiatives. She is a proud member of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture and an advocate for the healing power of land-based practices.

Dr. Mario Nucci, MD, CCFP, is a dedicated and forward-thinking physician with a deep passion for mental health and medical innovation. With a focus on pioneering advancements in mental health care, Dr. Nucci has been at the forefront of ketamine treatment for mental health conditions since 2016. He has contributed significantly to the field through numerous academic lectures and clinical research, serving as an investigator in pivotal clinical trials exploring the benefits of ketamine for mental health. His efforts have been instrumental in improving accessibility to these evidence-based treatments across Canada, solidifying his role as a leading figure in the evolving landscape of mental health therapy.

Nicholas Campbell is a Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience spanning various healthcare specialties, including Mental Health, Emergency, Pediatrics, and Neonatal Intensive Care. His experience in Mental Health has equipped him with the skills to support individuals facing diverse challenges, while his work in medical care has honed his ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. With a steadfast dedication to patient care and a commitment to excellence, Nicholas has established himself as a trusted leader in the field.
Currently serving as the Nurse Clinic Manager at Field Trip Health, Nicholas oversees operations in Sault Ste. Marie, and ensures the delivery of exceptional care in the realm of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. His role involves not only clinical expertise but also leadership and organizational skills, as he takes part in a team of healthcare professionals providing innovative and effective treatments for mental health conditions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Nicholas finds fulfillment in his role as a husband and father to three children. In rare moments of downtime, he enjoys spending time outdoors, and playing golf. His family provides him with unwavering support and motivation as he continues to pursue his passion for healthcare and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Rajveer Soos
Nurse Practitioner
Rajveer is a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in the acute care setting as well as in the community, where her focus has always been to provide compassionate client-centred care. In the community she worked to serve marginalized populations, including indigenous and homeless individuals. Rajveer believes that optimal health requires a holistic approach in which there is balance within the mind, body, and spirit. She understands the impact of mental health challenges on individuals, families, and communities, and is passionate about helping individuals heal from deep-rooted patterns and traumas, in order to create lasting healing. In 2021, Rajveer completed Therapsil’s Psilocybin Practitioner Training for End-of Life care, where she gained deeper insight into the true healing potential of psychedelics. She is passionate about the work being done at Field Trip Health and the use of psychedelics to help individuals suffering from mental illness. She is optimistic about the direction and future of mental health care and excited to be contributing to this paradigm shift in the field.
Chelsea Gwiswad
Nurse Practitioner
Chelsea has eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse and about 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Trent University in 2017 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and the University of Regina in 2023 with her Masters of Nursing in Primary Health Care. Chelsea has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including mental health and addictions, medical/surgical, and correctional nursing.
Chelsea’s personal nursing philosophy has been shaped by her nursing experience and training. She believes in a holistic approach with a focus on mental health as an integral part of a person’s overall health.
In her spare time Chelsea enjoys spending time hiking and exploring nature with her dog, Monty. Chelsea is also an avid gardener, and traveler. She has travelled to 17 countries so far and hopes to continue to travel the globe. Her other hobbies include sewing, cross stitch, crafting and thrifting.
Joy Kolic
Nurse Practitioner
Joy, a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of expertise in healthcare and dedicated her career to Mental Health and Geriatrics. She earned her Masters in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner degree in 2017 and has since spent 6 years excelling in the Mental Health field. Joy is certified in Mental Health and Addictions from the University of Toronto.
Beyond her role as a Nurse Practitioner, she is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, recognizing their positive impact on wellness and healing. Embracing a holistic approach to patient care, Joy is eager to assist you in achieving your wellness goals.
