Jordan Gross
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Registered Nurse
Jordan has been exploring psychedelic perspectives for years as these insights have played an integral role in his own healing journey. He first began working with holotropic states when completing his breathwork healer certification two years ago. Since then, he has completed training in KAP through Polaris Insight Centre and Ketamine Assisted EFFT with Adele Lafrance. Jordan has also completed the 100 hour training for MDMA Assisted Therapy at MAPS as well as the Psilocybin Assisted Therapy Program at Therapsil. His psychotherapy background has a focus in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. Jordan is actively advocating for safe and equitable opportunities for psychedelic therapies and frequently collaborates with other members in the field. Since completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters in Counselling Psychology his scope of practice is ideal for the psychedelic field being as he is dually registered as a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) and Registered Nurse.
Erin Pomanti
Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist
Erin is a Registered Nurse who has been working in the field of mental health since 2015. She started her career at Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital, where she first began working with Dr. Nucci. She practised nursing on a casual basis to support her love of travel and self-discovery, which allowed her to complete a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica. Her solo travel journeys continued, sparking many opportunities to explore her inner and outer world through meditation, connection, and experiential learning. This has all shaped who Erin is today and helped prepare her for the role of a psychedelic therapist. She has completed training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Polaris Insight Center and Psilocybin-Assisted Psychotherapy with TheraPsil. She remains committed to continuing her education by taking a variety of courses such as Felt Sense Polyvagal Model for trauma and addiction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), LEAP (palliative), and Reiki (energy healing). The diverse group of clients Erin has had the honour of working with thus far have enriched her ability to facilitate KAP in a holistic, intuitive, and empowering way. Erin feels passionate about the emerging field of psychedelic therapy and hopeful for the healing potential it can bring to our community.

Dr. Mario Nucci, MD, CCFP, is a dedicated and forward-thinking physician with a deep passion for mental health and medical innovation. With a focus on pioneering advancements in mental health care, Dr. Nucci has been at the forefront of ketamine treatment for mental health conditions since 2016. He has contributed significantly to the field through numerous academic lectures and clinical research, serving as an investigator in pivotal clinical trials exploring the benefits of ketamine for mental health. His efforts have been instrumental in improving accessibility to these evidence-based treatments across Canada, solidifying his role as a leading figure in the evolving landscape of mental health therapy.

Rajveer Soos
Nurse Practitioner
Rajveer is a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in the acute care setting as well as in the community, where her focus has always been to provide compassionate client-centred care. In the community she worked to serve marginalized populations, including indigenous and homeless individuals. Rajveer believes that optimal health requires a holistic approach in which there is balance within the mind, body, and spirit. She understands the impact of mental health challenges on individuals, families, and communities, and is passionate about helping individuals heal from deep-rooted patterns and traumas, in order to create lasting healing. In 2021, Rajveer completed Therapsil’s Psilocybin Practitioner Training for End-of Life care, where she gained deeper insight into the true healing potential of psychedelics. She is passionate about the work being done at Field Trip Health and the use of psychedelics to help individuals suffering from mental illness. She is optimistic about the direction and future of mental health care and excited to be contributing to this paradigm shift in the field.
Chelsea Gwiswad
Nurse Practitioner
Chelsea has eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse and about 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Trent University in 2017 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and the University of Regina in 2023 with her Masters of Nursing in Primary Health Care. Chelsea has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including mental health and addictions, medical/surgical, and correctional nursing.
Chelsea’s personal nursing philosophy has been shaped by her nursing experience and training. She believes in a holistic approach with a focus on mental health as an integral part of a person’s overall health.
In her spare time Chelsea enjoys spending time hiking and exploring nature with her dog, Monty. Chelsea is also an avid gardener, and traveler. She has travelled to 17 countries so far and hopes to continue to travel the globe. Her other hobbies include sewing, cross stitch, crafting and thrifting.
Joy Kolic
Nurse Practitioner
Joy, a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of expertise in healthcare and dedicated her career to Mental Health and Geriatrics. She earned her Masters in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner degree in 2017 and has since spent 6 years excelling in the Mental Health field. Joy is certified in Mental Health and Addictions from the University of Toronto.
Beyond her role as a Nurse Practitioner, she is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, recognizing their positive impact on wellness and healing. Embracing a holistic approach to patient care, Joy is eager to assist you in achieving your wellness goals.
Olivia Moore

Olivia is a Registered Nurse with a diverse background spanning cardiology, stroke care, mental health, and clinic operations. As a business owner and healthcare leader, Olivia brings a unique blend of clinical precision and holistic compassion to her work, especially in the growing field of at-home Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Deeply committed to trauma-informed care and psychotherapeutic innovation, Olivia’s practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches and safe, intentional integration of non-conventional therapies. Her additional training includes certifications in CBT/DBT with CBT canada, neurofeedback training with NeuroOptimal, trauma-informed care certified RNAO best practice champion, and ADHD/ASD education through Canadian institutes.
Currently, Olivia is furthering her nursing education through the International Organization of MS Nurses (IOMSN), pursuing a comprehensive clinical update in multiple sclerosis care. This program explores the foundational principles of MS nursing, integrating advanced concepts, preparatory study materials, and a research-based approach to care. Her ongoing studies reflect a commitment to clinical excellence and advocacy for complex neurological populations.
Olivia is also a dedicated volunteer and advocate with Autism Canada and has served as a peer mentor for individuals with disabilities. Known for her warmth, adaptability, and systems thinking, she strives to create safe, meaningful, and transformative healing experiences—whether supporting clients in their homes or guiding colleagues through program implementation and care delivery.
